Fees and how you are billed
Published for transparency. Actual amounts depend on the property, scope, and executed agreement; nothing is charged without your written authorization.

Property management · 6–10% of rent
Monthly, based on collected rent. Scope, minimums, and any leasing fee are set in your management agreement before we begin.

Rental application · $45–$75
Per adult applicant, covering credit, criminal, and rental history screening. Refundable in full if you cancel before screening begins.

Security deposit · Per lease
Set by the lease within the limits of DC or Maryland law, held and returned in accordance with that law and your lease.
